(1)

If, in relation to a meeting, the administrator of the fund or registered organization concerned, or the voluntary deed of arrangement, holds a proxy and cannot attend the meeting, the administrator may appoint, in writing, a person as his or her deputy.

(2) The deputy must use the proxy:

(i)

on the administrator's behalf in the manner the administrator directs; or

(ii)

if the proxy is a special proxy — in accordance with its terms.
