1985 No. 136 NATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. After regulation 5A of the National Health Regulations the following
regulation is inserted: Prescribed amount-sub-section 17 (1) of the Act

"5B. For the purposes of the definition of 'prescribed amount' in sub-section
17 (1) of the Act, the amount of $30 is prescribed.".
