1990 No. 24 NATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following
regulation substituted: Interpretation

"2. (1) In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
'approved form' means a form approved in writing by the Secretary for the
purposes of the provision in which the expression is used;
'the Act' means the National Health Act 1953.".

"(2) In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, a reference
to an actuary is to be read as a reference to a person who is ordinarily
resident in Australia and is a Fellow, or an Accredited Member, of The
Institute of Actuaries of Australia.".
