1979 No. 198 NAVIGATION (PIG IRON, COAL AND BALLAST) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENTS) - REG 2

2. Regulation 8 of the Navigation (Pig Iron, Coal and Ballast) Regulations is
amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (4) " $24 " and
        substituting " $120 ";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (4) " $12 " and
        substituting " $60 ";

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (5) " $32 " and
        substituting " $160 ";

   (d)  by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (5) " $14 " and
        substituting " $70 ";

   (e)  by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (5) " $26 " and
        substituting " $130 "; and

   (f)  by omitting from sub-regulation (7) "$12 " and substituting " $60 ".
