1989 No. 268 NORFOLK ISLAND (EXERCISE OF POWERS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. After regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations the following regulations
are inserted: Alteration of Item 36 in Schedule 2 to the
Norfolk Island Act 1979

"1A. Item 36 in Schedule 2 to the Norfolk Island Act 1979 is altered by
omitting 'Telephone and postal' and substituting 'Postal'. Alteration of Item
40 in Schedule 2 to the Norfolk Island Act 1979

"1B. Item 40 in Schedule 2 to the Norfolk Island Act 1979 is altered by
omitting 'and business names'.".
