(1)

The Director may, in writing, authorise the supply of liquor on ACT premises.

(2) The authority must identify:

(a)

the persons (whether identified by name or by description of a class of person) by whom liquor may be supplied; and

(b)

the parts of the premises where liquor may be supplied; and

(c)

the hours during which liquor may be supplied; and

(d)

any other conditions on which the authority is given.
