3. Regulation 3 (Nuclear material to which Part II of the Act does not apply)

3.1 Subregulation 3 (1): Add at the end:

"(g) depleted uranium:

   (i)  that is not subject to the provisions of a prescribed international
        agreement; and

   (ii) that has been used in the manufacture or assembly of an object that is
        not being used in nuclear activities.".
