1995 No. 374 NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 Definition of "protected animal": Subparagraph (a) (ii): Omit the
subparagraph, substitute:

"(ii) an animal declared under regulation 48:

                (A)  not to be a protected animal; or

                (B)  not to be protected in a specified place or in a
                     specified circumstance; or".
