1980 No. 248 NAVIGATION (SURVEY) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. Regulation 4 of the Navigation (Survey) Regulations is amended by
inserting after the definition of "prescribed authority" in sub-regulation (1)
the following definition:

" 'prescribed ship' means a cargo ship in respect of which the Minister has
certified in writing that the ship cannot, by reason of its special design,
enter any dry-dock situated in Australia;".
