1981 No. 379 NAVIGATION (ORDERS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. Regulation 4 of the Navigation (Orders) Regulations is amended by
omitting all the words after "punishable" and substituting ", upon conviction-

   (a)  if the offender is a natural person-by a fine of $2,000 or
        imprisonment for a period of 12 months, or both; or

   (b)  if the offender is a body corporate-by a fine of $5,000.".
