1982 No. 10 NAVIGATION (COMPASS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. Regulation 4 of the Navigation (Compass) Regulations is amended by omitting
sub-regulation (1) and substituting the following sub-regulation:

"(1) Subject to sub-regulation (2), these Regulations apply to and in relation
to -

   (a)  ships to which Part II of the Act applies; and

   (b)  ships surveyed in Australia for the issue of an Australian certificate
        of survey or equipment.".
