1982 No. 180 Navigation (Orders) Regulations (Amendment) - REG 1
Minister may make orders
Regulation 3 of the Navigation (Orders) Regulations is amended by adding at
the end thereof the following sub-regulation:
"(4) The Minister may, by instrument in writing, make orders with respect to
any matter for or in relation to which provision may be made by regulations
under the Act by virtue of section 405E of the Act.".
