1982 No. 24 NAVIGATION (RADIO) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 47 of the Navigation (Radio) Regulations is amended -
(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "registered in Australia or engaged
in the coasting trade" and substituting "to which Part II of the Act applies";
(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (3) "registered in Australia or engaged
in the coasting trade" and substituting "to which Part II of the Act applies";
and
(c) by omitting from sub-regulation (4) "not registered in Australia or
engaged in the coasting trade" and substituting "to which Part II of the Act
does not apply".
