1983 No. 276 NAVIGATION (CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "new passenger ships" and
substituting "Group B passenger ships";
(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "alterations are" and substituting ",
during the prescribed period, alterations were";
(c) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "an existing passenger ship"
(wherever occurring) and substituting "a Group A passenger ship";
(d) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "new passenger ship" and
substituting "Group B passenger ship"; and

   (e)  by omitting sub-regulation (3).
