1993 No. 82 NATIONAL RESIDUE SURVEY LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the National Residue  Survey
(Aquatic Animal Export) Levy Act 1992 , the rate of National Residue Survey
levy prescribed in relation to aquatic animals of a class specified in
subregulation (2), or aquatic animal products produced from aquatic animals of
a class specified in subregulation (2), is $0.00.

(2) For the purposes of subregulation (1) the following classes of aquatic
animals are specified:

   (a)  fin fish;

   (b)  abalone;

   (c)  other crustaceans and molluscs;

   (d)  any other aquatic animal.
