1983 No. 315 NORTHERN TERRITORY ELECTORAL REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Regulation 19 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting "all persons" and substituting "a person";
(b) by omitting from paragraph (a) "have" and substituting "has"; and

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:



"(b) who is-

        (i)    an Australian citizen; or

        (ii)   a British subject (other than an Australian citizen) whose
               name, on 25 January 1984, appeared on an electoral roll kept
               for the purpose of electing, in a State or Territory, a Member
               of the House of Representatives,".
