1994 No. 414 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYMENT) (NATIONAL STANDARDS) REGULATIONS - REG 1.03

1.03. Part 10 contains definitions of certain expressions that are used in
these Regulations. NOTE Part 10 defines expressions that are generally used in
more than one Part of these Regulations. If an expression is used only in one
Part of the Regulations, it will be defined at the start of that Part. In
addition, a number of expressions that are used in these Regulations are
defined in section 5 of the Occupational Health and Safety (Commonwealth 
Employment) Act 1991 , including "workplace", "employer", "contractor" and

"employee" (which is explained in more detail in section 9 of the Act).
