1994 No. 414 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYMENT) (NATIONAL STANDARDS) REGULATIONS - REG 10.01

10.01. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"NOHSC" means the National Occupational Health and Safety Commission
established under section 6 of the National
Occupational Health and Safety Act  1985 ;

"risk" means the probability and consequences of occurrence of injury or
illness;

"the Act" means the Occupational Health and Safety (Commonwealth Employment) 
Act 1991 .
