1995 No. 17 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (MARITIME INDUSTRY) REGULATIONS - REG 15
Records of accidents and dangerous occurrences
15. For the purposes of section 108 of the Act, an operator must retain a
record of a report of an accident or a dangerous occurrence for 5 years after
the day on which the report was made.
