1994 No. 155 OZONE PROTECTION (PRODUCT CONTROL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 Subregulation 7 (1): Omit "that is intended to be used for commercial or
industrial purposes".

3.2 Subregulation 7 (1): Add at the end:

"; or (c)the equipment is insulated with foam manufactured with a CFC.".

3.3 Subregulation 7 (2): Omit "that is intended to be used for commercial or
industrial purposes".

3.4 Subregulation 7 (2): Add at the end:

"; or (c)the equipment is insulated with a foam manufactured with a CFC.".

3.5 Subregulation 7 (3): Omit the subregulation, substitute:



"(3) Subregulations (1) and (2) do not apply to:

   (a)  spare parts, except compressors, for refrigeration equipment designed
        for domestic purposes; and
  (b)   insulation foam that is:


        (i)   
manufactured with a CFC; and

        (ii)   designed for use in refrigeration or air conditioning equipment
               for commercial or industrial purposes.".
