4. Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended -

   (a)  by inserting in sub-regulation (1) ", or is granted an entry permit
other than a temporary entry permit," after "course" (second occurring);

   (b)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "but subject to regulation 7"; and

   (c)  by omitting sub-regulation (4).
