1986 No. 379 OVERSEAS STUDENTS CHARGE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the
definition of "preliminary course" and substituting the following definition:

"'preliminary course' means a course of study of the kind described in
paragraph (b) of the definition of 'university or advanced education course'
in sub-section 4(1) of the Act;".
