1986 No. 379 OVERSEAS STUDENTS CHARGE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended -
(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) "prescribed educational institution" and
substituting "university or college of advanced education"; and
(b) by omitting all words from and including "a prescribed course" and
substituting ", in relation to the student referred to in paragraph (c), a
university or advanced education course for the purposes of paragraph (c) of
the definition of 'university or advanced education course' in sub-section
4(1) of the Act".
