1993 No. 213 OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 Subregulation 3 (1) (definition of "benefit"): Omit the definition,
substitute:

"'benefit' means a superannuation pension or an annuity, or an amount payable
under a superannuation pension or an annuity, and includes an ETP;".
3.2 Insert the following definition:

"'issue', in relation to a prospectus, has the meaning given to it by section
9 of the Corporations Law;".
