1992 No. 1 POLITICAL BROADCASTS (AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY) REGULATIONS - REG 4
What is the prescribed period in relation to the election?
4. For the purposes of subsection 95H (1) of the Act, the prescribed period in
relation to the 1992 election is the period beginning 1 week before
nominations for the election close and ending at midnight on the Wednesday
immediately before the election is held.
