Notification of a grant of free time
10. For the purposes of subsection 95N (1) of the Act, when the Tribunal
decides to grant free time to an applicant for free time, or refuses to grant
free time to the applicant, the Tribunal must send a notice of its decision to
the applicant at the address given in the application.
