1995 No. 245 PRAWN EXPORT PROMOTION LEVIES AND CHARGES REGULATIONS - REG 2

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"Australian Maritime Safety Authority" means the Australian Maritime Safety
Authority established by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority Act 1990;

"Charge Act" means the Prawn Export Charge Act 1995;

"Export Promotion Act" means the Prawn Export Promotion Act 1995;

"Levy Act" means the Prawn Boat Levy Act 1995.
