- Description:These Regulations amend the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Regulations 1991 to remove the 'nut-in-shell' measure of macadamia nuts levy-charge and provide a formula to calculate the deemed quantity of dried kernels of a quantity of 'nuts-in-shell'.
