1992 No. 50 PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEVIES AND CHARGES COLLECTION (MACADAMIA NUT) REGULATIONS - REG 13

13. (1) For the purposes of section 8 of the Levy Act, the prescribed rate of
levy is 2 cents per kilogram of consigned mass of macadamia nuts.

(2) For the purposes of section 9 of the Levy Act, the prescribed rate of levy
is 1 cent per kilogram of consigned mass of macadamia nuts.
