Eligible industry body
8. (1) For the purposes of subsections 14 (6) and (7) of the Levy Act , the
eligible industry body for citrus is the Australian Citrus Growers'
Federation.
(2) For the purposes of subsections 14 (6) and (7) of the Export Charge Act,
the eligible industry body for citrus is the Australian Citrus Growers'
Federation.
