PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEVIES AND CHARGES COLLECTION (NATIONAL RESIDUE SURVEY-AQUATIC ANIMAL EXPORT) REGULATIONS 1998 No. 30 - REG 17

Grant or refusal of exemption 
17. Within 21 days after a person applies for an exemption, the Secretary
must:

   (a)  decide whether to give the person the exemption; and

   (b)  give to the person at the personŐs address written notice of the
        decision.
