6.6 Cessation of effect of Part

This Part ceases to have effect at the end of 31 December 2007.

Note
This clause may be amended at any time before 31 December 2007 to change this date. For example, if the financial requirements of the Commonwealth Government's Sugar Industry Reform Program are met before this date, this clause will be amended to ensure that this Part ceases to have effect on an earlier date.
