PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 136 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Occupational Health and Safety) Regulations 1993 to amend subregulation 34A(1) to reflect changes made to Occupational Health and Safety laws in the State of Victoria. This amendment will replace the reference to the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1985 in 34A (1) with reference to the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 from 1 July 2005, as Victoria has revoked the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1985 and replaced it with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004.
