PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (DATA MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2004 2004 No. 111 - REG 12
Information — general
A holder must record the following information about an activity that is
applicable to the activity:
- (a)
- the location and the period of the
activity;
- (b)
- the persons undertaking the activity;
- (c)
- the techniques and equipment used to collect, process and interpret the
data;
- (d)
- progress reports;
- (e)
- a data acquisition report detailing the operations carried out as part of
the activity;
- (f)
- if processing is undertaken as part of the activity — a data
processing report;
- (g)
- if interpretation is undertaken as part of the activity — the
interpretation, including maps.
