PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (DIVING SAFETY) REGULATIONS 2002 2002 No. 300 - REG 11
Grounds for rejecting DSMS
A Designated Authority must reject a DSMS if:
- (a)
- the DSMS does not
adequately comply with regulation 8; or
- (b)
- the Designated Authority is not satisfied that there was consultation with
divers and other employees in the preparation of the DSMS, as required by
regulation 22.
