PROCEEDS OF CRIME AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 181 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Proceeds of Crime Regulations 1987 and prescribe a new rate of remuneration of $50 for the period of 15 minutes, or part of 15 minutes that would be applicable to the Official Trustee. The amendment is necessary as the previous Regulations referred to subsection 16.07C(3) of the Bankruptcy Regulations 1996 which has been repealed.
