1990 No. 350 PROTECTION OF MOVABLE CULTURAL HERITAGE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 Part V, paragraph 2 (i): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(i) any holotype of Australian origin:

        (i)    that is not lodged in an overseas collecting institution; or

        (ii)   in relation to which a permit or an authority issued under the
               Wildlife Protection (Regulation of Exports and Imports) Act 1982
               is not in force.".
