2.1 Subregulation 2 (1):
Insert the following definitions:
'harmful substances report' means a report about a discharge of oil or an oily
mixture given under subsection 11 (6) or (7) or 22 (6) or (7) of the Act;
'marine pollutants report' means a report about a harmful substance given
under subsection 26B (8) or (9) of the Act.".
