1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 15.2

15.2 (1) For the purposes of paragraph 151 (4) (c) of the Act
("reinstatement of application as an international application"), the period
of 3 months after the revocation of a direction under section 149 of the Act
("revocation of direction") is prescribed.

(2) For the purposes of paragraph 151 (4) (d) of the Act , the patent request,
the specification to which the request relates and such other documents as are
prescribed for the purposes of subsection 29 (1) of the Act
("application for patent") are prescribed.

(3) For the purposes of paragraph 151 (4) (d) of the Act, the fee that would
have been payable if the application had been filed under section 29 of the
Act is prescribed.
