1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 2.6
Prescribed period: notification of assertion of invalidity of petty patent
2.6 For the purposes of subsection 28 (1) of the Act ("notice of matters
affecting validity of petty patents"), the prescribed period is 11 months from
the day on which the petty patent is granted under subsection 62 (1) ("grant
and publication of petty patent").
