1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 20.6
Examination to be conducted
20.6 (1) The Board is to hold an examination in the subjects specified in
Schedule 5.
(2) The Board may appoint examiners for the purposes of the examinations and
give them instructions about the setting and marking of papers.
(3) Examiners appointed under this regulation are entitled to be paid the fees
that the Minister determines in writing.
