1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 23.6

23.6 The delegation of a person who, before the commencing day, was:

   (a)  the delegate of the Commissioner under the 1952 Act; and

   (b)  exercising the powers of the Commissioner in relation to a matter to
        which regulation 23.3 ("opposition to grant: practice and procedure")
        or 23.4 ("certain opposition: practice and procedure") applies;
        continues in relation to the matter.
