1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 3.11

3.11 (1) For the purposes of subsections 39 (1) and (2) of the Act
("divisional applications"), a divisional application must be made under
section 29 of the Act ("application for patent").

(2) A divisional application for a patent under subsection 39 (1) of the Act
must be made before the date of the grant of a patent on the first-mentioned
application in that subsection.

(3) A divisional application for a patent under subsection 39 (2) of the Act
must be made before the end of 3 months after the date of the grant of the
petty patent first mentioned in that subsection.
