"1.4 (1) The English text of the Budapest Treaty as in force for Australia on
30 April 1991 is the text set out in Schedules 1 (the Treaty) and 1A (the
Regulations under the Treaty).



"(2) The English text of the PCT as in force for Australia on 1 January 1994
is the text set out in Schedules 2 (the Treaty) and 2A (the Regulations under
the Treaty). (NOTE: This Regulation is made for the purposes of subsection 228
(5) of the Act.)".
