1995 No. 16 PATENTS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 40
40. Formal amendments of Schedule 2 (Patent Cooperation Treaty)
40.1 Omit the heading:
"REGULATIONS UNDER THE PATENT COOPERATION TREATY" and the Table of Provisions
following that heading.
40.2 After article 69 of the Treaty, omit: the heading:
"Regulations under the Patent Cooperation Treaty"
and the adoption and amendment dates of the Treaty following that heading,
substitute the heading, Table of Provisions and further heading set out in
Schedule 2.
