PRIVACY REGULATION 2013 (SLI NO 262 OF 2013) - REG 9

             (1)  For subsection 6F(1) of the Act, HomeStart Finance, an authority of South Australia, is prescribed.

             (2)  Australian Privacy Principle 11.2 does not apply to HomeStart Finance.
