3. Amendment of regulation 3 (Schedule 1 (Specified numbers of retail sites)) of Statutory Rules 1997 No. 211

3.1 Subregulation 3.3: Omit "87", substitute "102". [NOTE: The note following
regulation 3 is taken to be altered by omitting "Item 2 reverted to its
previous provisions after 31 July 1997:" and substituting "Item 2 is changed
again after 31 July 1997:".]
