PRIVACY (PRIVATE SECTOR) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 140 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Privacy (Private Sector) Regulations 2001 to authorise the use and disclosure of the Department of Veterans' Affairs File Number (a government identifier) by certain private sector organisations so that they can check concession entitlements via Centrelink's Customer Confirmation eService.
