1979 No. 73 PUBLIC SERVICE (SALARIES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Part I of Schedule 2 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is
amended by adding at the end of that Part the following item:
  " 8 Trainee Air Traffic Controller .     An officer who-


   (a)  has commenced a training
course on or after 1 January 1979;
and

   (b)  is actually performing
flight data duties,
shall be paid an allowance at the
rate of $322.".
