1982 No. 394 PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. Regulation 50 of the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting
paragraphs (1) (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:

"(a) in the case of an officer-

        (i)    to whom sub-regulation 49 (1) or (2) applies;

        (ii)   serving in a prescribed isolated district within the meaning of
               regulation 49 to whom there accrues in that year a recreation
               leave credit equal to the sum of the period of his ordinary
               hours of duty during a period of 4 weeks and a period of 10
               days; or

        (iii)  serving in a prescribed place overseas within the meaning of
               regulation 49,
3 years before that date; or

   (b)  in the case of any other officer-2 years before that date,".
